We came to a fast and fair agreement on pricing for the roof and extra’s. Carlos was on the job several days later, per agreement, and was done in a day. The job was completed professionally and the site was cleaned up at conclusion. I am very pleased to have been introduced to this young man, so much so, that I also had him repair a small area on my Mom’s roof. From there another neighbor asked and lead to yet another roof job.

We built a new home in CleElum with a pretty large steep roof (10/12 over 45′ up at the peak). Carlos came and looked at it and with a little sweat on his brow, he said, “Owe, don’t worry I can do it!” Carlos gave me a quote that was very fair and was able to start three weeks later. He showed up w/ a crew of four on the 1st day and added a fifth the next day to make sure he got the job done in the two days he projected. He worked late in the night and even though it was dark, cleaned up all their scraps and debris before leaving. They did amazing work and kept attention to details to include the installation of wet/ice liner and all the flashing throughout. I referred him to my neighbor who was so happy, he referred him to his Mother and Sister-in-law and we will gladly use him again but unlikely we will need a roof for at least 40 years.
